ACTS = Area Churches Together in Service

Local Northwest District churches are organized into four ACTS Groups.  They are created along geographic lines to promote effective communication and cooperation.  Groups meet individually at least four times per year.  ACTS Groups are formed to provide service and guidance as needed and requested by local churches.

The chair of each ACTS Group communicates back to the District Leadership Team to equip both clergy and laity to fulfill its mission. 

The duties of the ACTS Groups is to determine the needs of local congregations.  Each of the four Groups also plans at least one event per year to promote unity, missions, and win souls for the glory of God.
