Rusk 1st United Methodist Church is seeking a music director.
The role of the music director is to support the ministry of Rusk FUMC by coordinating and leading the music ministries of the church. Duties include weekly choir and handbell rehearsals and directing the choirs on Sunday morning worship and other services as needed. This position requires approximately 5 hours per week. Compensation is $500 monthly.

Winona First UMC

Winona First United Methodist Church is seeking applicants for a part-time Children’s Director. Our church is located 5 miles outside Tyler in downtown Winona, Texas and supported by a rural community. The right candidate would be willing to build a Children’s ministries from the ground up. We have a small core group, (4 Youth, and 6 Children) and no regular activities or programs currently in place. Applicants need to have a passion and calling for youth and/or children.  The Children’s Ministry candidate must have a love for elementary and pre-school children, and a knowledge of how to program for their needs.  The director should be able to relate to students, and their families.
